I stayed in this lovely hotel with my family this winter. The rooms were huge with great balconies offering amazing views, although the moquette in the room retained quite a bit of dust. The service was impeccable with friendly and helpful staff, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was up on the hillside above Maggiore, providing a great view but could use some improvement with play items for children. The dining experience was very nice with plenty of tasty options. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor room cleanliness concerns and a few location improvements needed.
